Sunday Delivery Policy Overview
Many people ask whether blueEX delivers online orders on Sundays. The answer is that blueEX does not deliver to homes or offices on Sundays. Riders deliver six days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
blueEX branches are also closed on Sundays. If your order shows an update late on Saturday afternoon, it is kept safely in a hub and goes out for delivery from Monday morning.

blueEX does not deliver on official public holidays. This includes national holidays (such as Pakistan Day, Independence Day and Quaid-e-Azam Day) and religious holidays (such as Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha).
Sending Before Eid
Many more parcels are sent before Eid. Sellers should book early and ask blueEX about any booking cut-off before the holidays. Parcels booked late may wait until after the holiday.
Tips for Weekend Deliveries
- Check tracking on Saturday morning: If your parcel shows “Out for Delivery” on Saturday morning, make sure someone is at the address to receive it.
- Have the cash ready: If your parcel arrives near the weekend, it may go out on Monday. Have the exact amount ready for a cash on delivery order.
- Do not worry about a quiet weekend: It is normal for tracking not to change between Saturday evening and Monday morning, because there are no deliveries on Sunday.
