blueEX Customer Not Available? Resolving Failed Delivery Attempts
A plain guide for buyers and sellers dealing with missed deliveries, wrong problem statuses and the PUSH and NUDGE features.
What “Customer Not Available” Means
It is worrying to see “Customer Not Available”, especially if you were home all day and nobody called. This status means the rider could not hand over the parcel on that delivery round.
It can happen for real reasons, such as a wrong street name, a locked gate or a missed call. If you think the status is wrong, report it quickly. Knowing blueEX’s steps helps you get your parcel before it is sent back.
blueEX’s Two-Try Rule
blueEX follows these steps before sending a parcel back:
First Try
Try 1The rider goes to the area. If the receiver cannot be reached or the address cannot be found, a problem status is recorded.
Held at the Hub
48 to 72 HoursThe parcel goes back to the local hub and is kept there for 48 to 72 hours.
Second Try or Return
Try 2blueEX tries to deliver a second time. If that also fails, or the order is cancelled, the parcel is returned to the seller (RTO).
Using the PUSH and NUDGE Features
The blueEX tracking portal at blue-ex.com/tracking has two buttons that can help when a delivery goes wrong:
Report a Try That Did Not Happen
If tracking says “Customer Not Available” but nobody called or came, use the PUSH button on the tracking page. It lets you report a delivery try that did not happen, or ask for an urgent callback.
Ask for Priority
If your parcel seems stuck and you want it handled sooner, use the NUDGE button. It asks for your parcel to be given priority.
What to Do When a Delivery Fails
- Keep your phone on: Keep your phone switched on and able to take calls from numbers you do not know.
- Use PUSH straight away: Open your tracking page with the 10-digit tracking number and use PUSH to say you are available and waiting for the parcel.
- Contact support: Call the helpline on (021) 111-258-339 or message WhatsApp support on +92 313-2752583 with your 10-digit tracking number.
- Give a landmark: If your home is hard to find, for example on an unnumbered street or in a new or gated area, give customer service a clear landmark.
- Tell the shop: Tell the shop you ordered from. It can also contact blueEX to help stop the parcel being sent back.
