Tracking & Consignment Numbers

How do I track my blueEX consignment online?

Find the tracking number in the store’s SMS or email, or on the parcel sticker. Type it into our tracker and press Track Consignment to see the latest scans. For a full walkthrough, read our How to Track a blueEX Shipment Guide for complete step-by-step instructions.

What does a blueEX tracking number look like?

A blueEX tracking number is a code made of capital letters and numbers, with no spaces. The seller gets it when they book your parcel with blueEX, and it is usually in their SMS to you. For examples and where to find it, see our blueEX Tracking Number Format Guide for identification tips and location details.

Why does my blueEX tracking number show "not found"?

This usually means the seller has created the shipping label, but blueEX has not scanned the parcel yet. Wait until the parcel is picked up and scanned in, then try again. More help is in our Tracking Not Updating Guide for typical hub processing intervals and troubleshooting recommendations.

Is my store order number the same as a blueEX tracking number?

No. An order number such as #1042 comes from the online store and only the store can look it up. blueEX tracks parcels by its own consignment (CN) number, which the store gives you after booking.

Delivery Schedules & Transit Times

How many days does blueEX take to deliver?

Delivery time depends on the route: parcels within the same city or between big cities usually arrive sooner than parcels going to smaller towns. For typical timings and what can slow a parcel down, see our blueEX Delivery Time Guide for detailed regional timelines.

What does Out for Delivery mean on my tracking status?

"Out for Delivery" means the parcel has reached your local blueEX station and a rider is bringing it to you today. Keep your phone switched on so the rider can call you. For what happens next, read our Status Meanings Directory to understand all status stages.

Does blueEX deliver on Sundays or public holidays?

blueEX delivers door to door from Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are not normal delivery days, so a parcel that reaches your city on a Saturday evening will usually come on the next working day.

Cash on Delivery & E-Commerce Operations

How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work with blueEX?

For a COD parcel, the rider hands over the parcel when you pay the exact amount in cash. blueEX then passes that money on to the seller. To follow a COD parcel step by step, see our COD Tracking Guide for full details.

Can I open a blueEX COD parcel before I pay?

No. You pay the rider first and then open the parcel. If the item is wrong or damaged, contact the seller about a return or replacement, because the rider cannot give refunds.

How can an online store open a blueEX business account?

Online stores sign up through blueEX’s merchant portal. blueEX asks for business details and a bank account so that COD money can be paid out. For the steps involved, see our Merchant Account Guide for registration steps.

Returns & Delivery Exceptions

What happens if the rider cannot deliver my blueEX parcel?

If nobody is home or the building is closed, the parcel goes back to the local blueEX station and the status shows a delivery problem. blueEX tries once more on the next working day before the parcel is returned.

What does "Returned to Shipper" (RTS) mean on blueEX?

It means blueEX could not deliver the parcel after its attempts, or the buyer refused it, so it is on its way back to the seller. If you still want the item, contact the seller. See our Return Management Guide for procedural details.

How do I change a wrong address or phone number on my blueEX parcel?

Contact the seller, or call the blueEX helpline with your tracking number, as soon as you notice the mistake. The change needs to reach your local station before the rider leaves for delivery.
