Seller Payments

blueEX COD Payment Cycle and Seller Payment Schedule

A plain guide for online sellers on how blueEX cash on delivery payments work, what to check on your statements and what to do if a payment looks wrong.

How Cash on Delivery Payments Work

Many online orders in Pakistan are paid by cash on delivery. For online sellers, knowing when the money will arrive helps with planning. blueEX (Universal Network Systems Limited) collects the cash at the door and pays it to the seller.

For a COD parcel, delivery is not the end. The cash must be checked and then paid to the seller, which takes some time after delivery.

The Main Steps Before You Are Paid

A cash on delivery payment usually goes through these steps before it reaches your bank:

Step 1: Cash Collected at the Door

Delivery Day

The rider collects the amount printed on the parcel label, which has a 10-digit tracking number.

Step 2: Cash Checked

Checking

The cash collected is checked against the deliveries made. We could not confirm how long this takes.

Step 3: Payment Period

Payment Period

Payments are grouped according to the schedule in your agreement with blueEX.

Step 4: Bank Transfer to the Seller

Payment

The money, after agreed charges, is paid into the bank account you registered with blueEX.

Step 5: Check Your Records

Records

Match each payment in your bank with the tracking numbers it covers, so your accounts stay correct.

Checking Your Statements on the Seller Portal

Business sellers can log in to the blueEX portal:

Seller Portal (app.blue-ex.com)

Ask blueEX which balances, statements and tracking links your account shows.

Charges to Ask About

Your payment is usually the cash collected minus agreed charges. Ask blueEX which of these apply to you:

  • Delivery charges: The delivery charge for each parcel.
  • Cash collection fee: Any fee for collecting cash.
  • Fuel charge and sales tax: Any fuel charge, and sales tax on the service.
  • Return charges: Charges for parcels sent back to you after a failed delivery or cancellation.

If a Payment Looks Wrong

If a payment you expected does not arrive, check these points:

Check the Timing

A parcel delivered near the end of a payment period may be paid in the next one.

Check Your Bank Details

Make sure the account name and IBAN you gave blueEX are correct.
